Gallery Settings

The gallery settings control the display of the content on the gallery and album pages. These settings affect the shortcodes and page templates for both the galleries and albums.

Gallery Behavior

The Gallery Behavior setting controls how the ArtistPress galleries are displayed. ArtistPress galleries can be displayed in a Card Lightbox layout or in a Masonry Lightbox layout.

Gallery Title

The Gallery Title setting controls whether the gallery name is displayed on the individual gallery pages. If this setting is set to Yes, the gallery name is displayed above the gallery. If this setting is set to No, the gallery name is hidden. This setting defaults to Yes.

Gallery Image Title

The Gallery Image Title setting controls whether the image title is displayed on each of the gallery images. If this setting is set to Yes, the image title is displayed above the gallery. If this setting is set to No, the image title is hidden. This setting defaults to Yes.

Gallery Image Caption

The Gallery Image Caption setting controls whether the image caption is displayed in the lightbox model window. If this setting is set to Yes, the image caption is displayed at the bottom of the lightbox. If this setting is set to No, the image caption is hidden. This setting defaults to Yes.

Gallery Default Stylesheet

The Gallery Default Stylesheet setting controls whether the built-in stylesheet is used to display the galleries and albums. This setting defaults to Yes. If you are familiar with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and you would like to customize the way the galleries and albums are displayed, please feel free to turn off the default stylesheet.
